it had everything you expect from a 4 star hotel plus an amazing swimming pool and out door area, that was brilliant to relax in.

Breakfast was lovely and the pool was nice. Tram (24) stop is directly outside the hotel and very easy to get into central Madrid for approx 2 euros. During the day chips are available but don't appear on any of the menus for some strange reason. Plenty of free parking at the hotel, directly outside entrance or in the side road. Poolside bar is lovely and the staff were amazing throughout.

Location was great, few minutes walk & tram no24 takes you central to the Duomo in 25mins. On-site parking is free if you can get a spot otherwise it’s paid for at €18 per day or €1.5 per hr. I ended up paying for the first night as got there late & following morning a free space was available so moved it there. There is also an area just outside the hotel which is free. Pool was great, swimming cap is a must. Staff were great and v helpful. Football table kept the kids entertained also. Family of 6 so we got interconnecting rooms which was great

We stayed here the night before a very early flight out of Italy, and this hotel suited that purpose very well. It's super clean, has excellent amenities (including a good restaurant open until 2230), and a highly competent mult-lingual staff. It's right next to Linate airport, and the hotel runs a convenient shuttle to Linate for a minimal cost, that takes only about 10-15 minutes. The location is not great for tourism, although it can be conveniently reached from the Duomo neighborhood with the #24 tram in about 25-40 min. It also has parking on site, a little free, more paid.

Lovely hotel, very welcoming for children, lots of facilities available to use. The bear challenge for the children was a particular favourite. Breakfast good, lots of choices and freshly baked products

We loved the pool, which was bigger and in a nicer area than appeared in the photos. We also loved the room as it was comfy and had all that was needed. Great bar and foyer with fun table football game!

Breakfast was very good, free parking on front of the hotel (I guess in Summer it is not for free). The room was clean but a bit old. We enjoyed the kicker tible beside the reception. We had also our dinner in the N Restaurant and it was tasty. Stuff was very friendly. Location is good, guite and safe. But 20-30 mins from city center.

Great ground floor - lobby with 2 receptions, lots of space and different places or corners with couches, chairs, tables for work, meeting people or just hanging out with family/friends. The ground floor also included a corner with table football, a nice place used for serving breakfast in the morning and bar or restaurant in the afternoon/evening. An outdoor swimming pool is located right next to it. Relaxing, happy and safe atmosphere.

Very friendly staff in the hotel (even when we had to ask for more toilet paper we got it immediately), the breakfast was great, the hotel was near the club Fabrique where we were going to the Lacuna Coil anniversary concert, pizzerias, bars, tram and buss stops were nearby

The staff were really really friendly, welcoming & helpful, especially the men behind the main desk! The room got cleaned every day with fresh towels / bedding & any additional items you needed e.g. shower gel. The pool is a great way to cool off and the lifeguards are very diligent always ensuring all guests are safe, there is also plenty of sunbeds & shaded areas in the garden next to the pool. Hotel had nice modern decor & the rooms were big with good facilities. Not really many restaurants / shops around the hotel but only a 15 minute taxi or tram ride away from Milan Centre.
