We chose Novotel because of the location that is so close to Fabrique. Very convenient if you are about to go to an event there.

Hotel rooms are nice, sufficient space but you can see there is some lack of maintenance which makes it look slightly outdated. But OK for a short stay. The location is perfect close to LInate Airport and with the tram you get to the Plaza dell Duomo in only 20 minutes for 2,20 Euro. Tram stop at 100m from hotel. Immediate surroundings of hotel is not attractive.

The room was great! Comfortable bed and even had a sofa! The staff was very nice. Location: close to the airport but far to get to the touristic views. But right across the street you can get a Tram and in about 40min you get to the city center.

it had everything you expect from a 4 star hotel plus an amazing swimming pool and out door area, that was brilliant to relax in.

Breakfast was lovely and the pool was nice. Tram (24) stop is directly outside the hotel and very easy to get into central Madrid for approx 2 euros. During the day chips are available but don't appear on any of the menus for some strange reason. Plenty of free parking at the hotel, directly outside entrance or in the side road. Poolside bar is lovely and the staff were amazing throughout.

It was very child friendly, with a big lobby that one could sit and relax or chill with the kids. The pool was great and the relaxation area around the pool was also a very good. Staffs were friendly.

Location was great, few minutes walk & tram no24 takes you central to the Duomo in 25mins. On-site parking is free if you can get a spot otherwise it’s paid for at €18 per day or €1.5 per hr. I ended up paying for the first night as got there late & following morning a free space was available so moved it there. There is also an area just outside the hotel which is free. Pool was great, swimming cap is a must. Staff were great and v helpful. Football table kept the kids entertained also. Family of 6 so we got interconnecting rooms which was great

Nice hotel outside of Milaan close to Linate airport (8 minute cab ride) Friendly staff Nice lobby area Big rooms Good breakfast Good (but expensive) restaurant Conveniently close to tramline that takes you within 200m of Duomo (25 to 30 minutes)

Helpful, pleasant staff; well-appointed rooms and surprisingly nice facilities incl. cosy, private booths at the bar; noticed there was a sizeable pool (which sadly we didn't have time to use); well sound-proofed rooms, important esp. when near an airport with people coming and going at all hours of the day (not to mention the planes!)

The hotel staff was helpful to give us directions to reach the town. (Take a tram no 27). The check in and out process was quite fast. The room is quite comfortable. If you prefer more quite rooms then better ask for a room on the upper floors. Ours got on the same level with the reception and could hear some noise from the parking lot.
